Role: Desktop Support Lead
Location: New York NY(Onsite)
Type: Contract
Mandatory: Banking domain experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as:
Bloomberg, Bloomberg add-ins for Office
Use of Active Directory, setting users, add permissions, changing group policies, logon scripts.
Configuration of local and network printers.
Troubleshooting connectivity issues, Ethernet, wireless.
Supporting users with all issues after upgrade.
Keep inventory and asset management.
Report to client project manager
To maintain a high degree of customer interaction and service for all support queries.
