Role: Lead Support engineer

Type: Contract
Mandatory: Trade floor experience
Key Responsibilities:
· Installation of Kiosk devices (Connecting all the peripherals, Keyboard, Mice, Webcam, Uplink cable, Hub, Jabra)
· Display setting using dell display manager
· Fixing Citrix related issues
· Fixing Bloomberg issues. L1 issues only
· Fixing hardware issues
· Fixing Team outlook issues
· Fixing addins issues with excel. L1 issues only
· Helping them regarding the telephony issues. L1 issues only
· Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as:
Bloomberg, Bloomberg add-ins for Office
