Raba Kistner is seeking a Marketing Student Intern to join our Marketing team in San Antonio, Texas. The Marketing Student Intern will help create relevant, engaging content to build the Raba Kistner brand through internal and external communications, including social media posts, newsletter and blog articles, videos and emails. Conduct fieldwork to support environmental projects at a variety of industrial sites. Other responsibilities include:
- Copywriting, editing, proofreading marketing content.
- Designing graphics.
- Collaborating with marketing team to ideate and define content goals.
- Developing content calendars.
- Proposing and presenting story ideas tied to business objectives and current events.
- Developing brand guidelines.
- Assisting marketing team with a variety of projects.
- Learning about A/E/C industry marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
- College or University Junior or Senior student in good academic standing in Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of marketing and communications principles and practices.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Suite (InDesign & Photoshop)
- Photography/videography experience is a plus.
- Possess a current valid state issued driver’s license and meet company's auto insurability requirements.
Ability to read and understand instructions, labels, reports, etc. Ability to effectively communicate information both written and oral and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently at a job site.
