What You’ll Do
Location: This is a mostly remote position with the expectation to meet weekly at a co-working space in Denver, and we hold a three-day company all-hands gathering each quarter that you would be expected to travel to.

What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of the construction finance industry and our customers’s needs.
- Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand customer challenges and design innovative, simpler solutions.
- Work closely with product and engineering throughout the product development lifecycle to design intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Own the entire design process, from ideation and research to execution, ensuring we are solving problems and measuring success effectively.
- As Rabbet's sole designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our design practice, culture, and processes.
- 4 years of experience ideally within a B2B SaaS environment implementing a design system.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, impactful work with clear examples of problem statements, design processes, and outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and strategic implications across various audiences.
- Proven experience working with product teams, aligning design, product, and business roadmaps, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex design challenges, quickly learn new domains and deeply understand user challenges.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create data-driven solutions that balance user needs with business objectives.

Salary : $100,000 - $170,000
