Job Summary
Looking for a candidate that has vast experience serving, bartending and front of house management. This will be a hybrid role that will require serving or bartending at times and keeping the front of house in order.
Experience as a shift leader or FOH management a plus. Need to understand the art of pacing and seating customers. Guiding other servers/bartenders to achieve the restaurants initiatives. Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending and serving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically SponOn
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Experience in shift management and supervising staff
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Experience closing and facilitating shift changes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.35 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
