This is a unique opportunity to be part of our growing businessOur Shared Future : “Capital Markets is a dynamic group where teamwork is valued highly”You and Your JobAs a Bond Syndicate Manager you will be successful in helping Rabobank clients navigate the USD capital markets and financing their businessAs a syndicate manager you will engage and support the origination, structuring, pricing, execution and management of Debt Capital Markets (DCM) activity, with a focus on USD Investment Grade Public Bonds, including unsecured Corporate bonds, Asset Backed Securities (including Whole Business Securitization), in the marketing regions for Rabobank’s global wholesale offices.Job ResponsibilitiesIn your role as syndicate manager you will be responsible for Rabo’s bond execution business. You will interface directly with corporate clients, investors, Rabo Securities' trading and sales officers and other internal advisory and product groups. You will enhance Rabobank's ability to pitch, structure, price and execute bond (corporate, ABS and WBS) mandates for issuer clients. See, .Salary Expectations : Target Hiring Range : $140,000.00 - $230,000.00This position is subject to the terms of [RAF / Rabobank / RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
