The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and receipts for all RWB USA locations. Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and supporting documentation prior to payment.
- Assign proper general ledger accounts to all Non-PO invoices and expense reports.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing department for requisitions and pricing exceptions.
- Review vendor terms/conditions in the system to ensure invoice compliance.
- Perform the Accounts Receivable portion of the RMA process for non-inventory credits.
- Ensure outstanding credits are netted against outstanding invoices as necessary.
