The Sr. Regional HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the business within a specific geographic region. They will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals to drive organizational effectiveness and overall employee engagement. The Sr. HRBP works closely with the leadership team and various departments to ensure there is a safety first mentality, address HR-related challenges, improve talent management, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
The Sr. Regional HRBP is responsible for the oversight of the Human Resources (HR), within multiple facilities. This position is a strategic partner to manufacturing and will roll out process that drive people manufacturing excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in the region
· Oversee recruitment, retention, and development programs to ensure the right talent is in the right place for current and future business needs
· Act as a mediator and advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management and organizational changes
· Identify skills gaps and work on solutions to enhance employee capabilities, such as training and mentoring programs or career development opportunities
· Lead HR Generalists in the region(s) this position will be supporting
· Support organizational change initiatives
· Monitor key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs
· Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for the HR team
Requirements:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience:
Extensive HR experience with at least 5-7 years in a fast paced, changing environment preferably with a manufacturing company.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
SHRM-SCP preferred
Computer Skills:
Skilled in excel and utilizing an HRIS, Paylocity experience preferred
Mathematical Abilities:
Basic math; addition, subtraction and percentages
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates. Demonstrated track record of achieving results, driving change, and continuous improvement.
