What You’ll do:
- Supervises activities in the accounts payable/receivable function.
- Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense reports.
- Maintains accurate records and control reports.
- Suggest improvement to accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
- Accountable for overseeing the success of the department achieving key performance initiative (KPI) metrics and reporting to senior leadership.
- Collaborates and communicates with other departments on process improvements for accounts payable and receivable functionality to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Directs and monitors all department activities for accounts payable/receivable.
- Conducts the hiring, training, disciplinary, annual reviews, and termination process of all direct reports.
- Responsible for timely completion, oversight, financial reporting of all accounts receivables activities including customer contract compliance, sales tax application, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for timely completion, entry, processing, and financial reporting of all payables.
- Oversees: mail and bank deposit coordination.
- Monitor AP, AR, and Purchasing emails
