We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the profitability of one RaceTrac store.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience; retail management experience preferred
- 1 year management experience preferred
- Prior experience in high-volume environments with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of profit/loss statements, financial performance, and Labor Laws
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, stand, and reach frequently
