RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Travel and Staffing Business Analyst is accountable for supporting strategies to deliver sustainable and cost-efficient results across all Travel categories by identifying new opportunities for value and process improvement. This position requires a strong sense of urgency and the ability to succinctly frame issues and alternatives to drive decisions forward. The Travel and Staffing Business Analyst must be a good communicator with an understanding of travel technology, change management, and customer service with respect to corporate travel. The Travel and Staffing Business Analyst is also responsible for managing the organization’s temporary staffing function. In this capacity, this role will assist with the relationship with our staffing agencies and collaborate internally with multiple business units for temporary staffing needs. This role is a highly analytical role for both travel and temp staffing and requires strong financial and trend analysis skills. Up to 20% travel may be required. Responsibilities: Supports the development of sourcing and contracting strategies for Travel and Temporary Staffing Programs Manages the annual hotel RFP in conjunction with RaceTrac’s travel management company Meets regularly with internal travel partners to find new ways to create value in the traveler’s experience Researches opportunities and develop guidelines for the corporate policy and vendor partners Gathers and analyzes historical monthly, quarterly, and annual spend data to understand and keep track of company spending, mitigates risk, discovers policy compliance gaps, and presents findings to leadership Negotiates with vendors on pricing and terms and identifies opportunities to enhance value at lower costs across the travel and temp staffing portfolios Identifies and implements ways to continually improve and maximize travelers’ experience through surveys, onboarding activities, and other forms of engagement Coordinates travel events on-site as well as travel training and policy creation/enforcement Implements Duty of Care programs and manages the day-to-day activities to support the programs enterprise-wide Oversees and continually enhances programs and policies for Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation, Car Rentals, as well as Duty of Care Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint Exposure to working in a fast-paced environment Understanding of process management and customer centric focus Strong working knowledge of Excel All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment with RaceTrac without regard to their race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
