Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
- 3-5 of years supervisory experience in car wash, and/or retail and customer service

- Effective communication skills through email, phone, spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot until solutions can be placed
- Lead and develop your staff to always have the store operating self sufficiently

- Able to discipline and redirect team members when necessary.
- Requires you to be on your feet for majority of your shift
- Requires you to able to lift from 1-25 pounds
- Able to work flexible schedules, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Able to relocate when necessary for more training

Responsibilities:
- You will learn all aspects of the car wash
- Overtime you will take on more responsibilities until you can fully lead a complete shift
- Learn to open/close the business
- Learn how to conduct preventative maintenance on equipment
- Learn the importance of “We sell clean so we must look clean” in site cleanliness.
- Your workday will consist of overseeing operations, leading/delegating, and ensuring our guest experience is the best it possibly can be, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor sales
- Monitor labor
- Monitor inventories
- Learn how to conduct payroll
- Work closely with store manager and operations team
- Assist the store manager by providing direction and supervision of the site
- Ability to work outdoors majority of your shift
- Ensure that we are operating a safe environment for our team members/guest
- Able to turn negative experiences into positive ones when possible
- Communicate effectively to all guest, team members, management, etc.
- Able to handle money transaction and store money
- Able to work on recruiting future team members and train current team members for more responsibility/promotions
- Learn to assist corporate office staff in any administrative tasks/deadlines.
- Check ins with DM and store manager to monitor progress with the intention of learning the business efficiently enough to run your own store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
