Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing exteriors.
- Vacuum and shampoo interiors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Apply window tinting as needed, following industry standards.
- Detail vehicles by cleaning and polishing all interior components, including dashboards, consoles, and upholstery.
- Drive vehicles to various locations as required for service or delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining vehicles to high standards.
- Experience with window tinting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in buffing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Familiarity with custodial duties related to vehicle maintenance.
- Knowledge of car wash procedures and products used in detailing processes.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
