- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales goals while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
