The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering phone calls, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional tone
- Data entry of Certificates of Insurance into Agency Management System
- Maintain the reception area and common spaces in a tidy condition
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms
- Receive and distribute mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
