Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Individual Life & Health Insurance Producer to join our team at Arachas Group, LLC. As an independent insurance agency, we offer business, employee benefits, and personal solutions to clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients and prospective clients to assess their insurance needs, budget, and financial goals.
- Sell health and life insurance to clients and provide follow-up service as needed.
- Assist with long-term planning and completion of applications and paperwork.
- FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS ON A PERIODIC BASIS TO ASSESS CHANGES IN THEIR FINANCIAL AND FAMILY SITUATION THAT MAY WARRANT MODIFICATION OF COVERAGE.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
- Active Illinois Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain it upon hiring.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of individual health and life insurance products, including ACA and Medicare products.
