The Job
The Trucking Account Manager position requires strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented approach, and industry knowledge to build successful partnerships and drive business growth. The role involves supporting the needs of our Trucking clients and Producers, including quoting new and renewal business, overseeing a book of business, and answering general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Quote new and renewal business with proper documentation.
- Create and review carrier-specific applications as needed.
- Procure quotes from underwriters and online quoting platforms, reviewing all quotes for accuracy.
- Create and review new or renewal finance agreements.
- Develop and present proposals and coverage summaries to Producers.
- Coordinate binding coverage with underwriters and carriers.
- Manage book of business, ensuring timely renewals and monitoring non-renewals and midterm cancellations.
