Position Title: Demolition Superintendent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Demolition Superintendent to assist with the demolition component of our projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of diversified experience in demolition, excellent communication and management skills, and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the demolition component of a project, including interior, selective, and total demolition, as well as civil improvements.
- Communicate and manage subcontractors in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating construction phases to prevent delays and ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications and adhere to construction schedules through daily communication with the Project Manager and General Superintendent.
- Assist the Project Manager with expediting materials and reading/completing project documents.
- Ensure all personnel on-site are familiar with and adhere to project safety regulations.
- Administer Rachel Contracting programs and policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of diversified experience related to demolition.
- Comprehensive Medical, HSA, Dental, and Life Insurance.
- Company vehicle provided.
