Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors.
- Carry out carpet cleaning duties as needed to maintain a fresh appearance.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
