Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring all rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and personal items.
• Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

• Experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient operations.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
• Ability to cook or prepare light meals is an advantage for certain roles.
• Strong customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
