We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service to our members and guests at the pool. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to spend the summer in an enjoyable outdoor environment. This seasonal position does require working weekends and holidays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.Responsibilities
- Greet each member and guest(s) personally with a warm welcome.
- Assist members/guests with access and sign in at the entrance gate.
- Complete checklists for opening, closing, and daily procedures.
- Fold, stock, and supply fresh towels for all members and their guests.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe pool environment for all members and guests.
- Provide debris and trash removal, organize pool tables and chairs.
- Proactively anticipate and respond promptly to any member or guest request.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, events, and activities at the pool.
- Assist in the implementation of activities, programs, youth programs, and special events.
- Maintain proper uniform, clean and polished appearance always with a positive attitude.
- Assist in cleanliness of locker room area, restock products as needed.
- Follow proper side work duties at start and end of shift.
- Assist in laundering pool towels as needed.
- Support the RCC team in any additional tasks as needed.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience in a pool or customer service setting is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift and carry light to moderate equipment (up to 30 pounds)
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
