SUMMARY:
Develop and analyze data sets sourced from multiple ERP systems, across several brands, products lines, distribution channels, and general ledgers and synthesize into an array of outputs ranging from KPIs and dashboards through to sophisticated analytics
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interface with functional leaders across the organization, including Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain to determine data and information requirements
- Effectively translate business requirements into specifications to source key data sets from ERP systems
- Establish critical KPIs and related metrics, data tables and data visualizations
- Conduct various ad hoc analyses including DCF ROI, cost structure evaluation, and contribution margin assessments
- Review and analyze manufacturing cost performance as compared to standard cost
- Develop sales analytics by product categories, distribution channels, customer categories, and sales mix
- Define new data requirements and create reports to support the requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Finance, Economics or equivalent in related field.
- Two to four years related experience preferably with a manufacturing background
