Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services, a leading custom sparkling wine producer in the United States, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Admin to join our Maintenance team. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
The Maintenance Admin will work closely with Maintenance Managers to set up and manage a maintenance management system across multiple sites. This includes developing, training, and executing PM scheduling and planning using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment parts/asset inventory and history, ordering and procuring PM-related parts for multiple locations, rolling out standard workflows for work requests, and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a management system to ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
- Setup and manage Work Order system, including support from conception to completion.
- Manage preventative maintenance inventory, including equipment, parts, vendors, manufacturers, etc.
- Order and source parts as needed.
- Record and maintain asset/equipment history.
- Effectively communicate with maintenance personnel and other department managers to support system flow.
- Ensure communication with each department/site representative.
- Provide monthly reporting on PM performance and status for all sites.
- Support maintenance managers with scheduling and workload management.
Additional Duties:
- Data collection and input.
- Maintaining inventory and data integrity.
- Communicate work order process and requirements.
- Ensure response time for critical requests/needs are met within a timely manner.
- Responsible for reviewing and improving all PM systems and processes.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced candidate with:
- A 2-year associate degree in Business Administration, maintenance management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2 years' experience in scheduling, purchasing, or standard work procedures, including data entry.
- Experience in project management, scheduling, and facilities/maintenance activities.
- General understanding of most facets of maintenance engineering.
- Self-motivation, organization skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds over short distances.
- Sit, stand, walk, stretch, reach, grasp, crouch, turn, and kneel.
- Possess a valid California driver's license and demonstrate a clean driving record.
