Your Role at Rack Electric:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving our success. You’ll be the face of Rack Electric, meeting customers in their homes, presenting innovative solutions using technology, and closing deals that bring value to our clients (we provide the leads and you attend scheduled appointments).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting dynamic sales presentations for generator solutions.
- Networking with builders, HOAs, and supply houses to generate leads and build connections.
- Utilizing provided leads to close sales.
- Delivering presentations on an iPad – technology skills are a must!
- Completing up to 90 days of training at our Boca Raton location (housing provided during training, if applicable).
- Building relationships with clients and representing Rack Electric’s core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivated individuals with in-home sales experience who thrive on results.
- Background in generators or electrical work is a huge plus.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various elements.
- Bi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
