Job Description to include but not limited to:
- Equipment operator, excavator, skid steer or similar.
- LP installation: Tank install with gas line to the generator (and or any gas appliance)
- NG installation: Gas line to the generator (and or any gas appliance)
- NG meter service: 12” of W.C. & 2psi troubleshooting
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- - CDL Class A - Adhere to current rules and regulations to pass inspections - Truck & equipment
- Able to work in extreme conditions (weather & locations)
- Be able to work flexible schedules
- Efficient and detail orientated
- Underground gas installation (P.E., Copper & CSST pipe)
- Truck inventory : keep part in truck in stock
- Troubleshooting NG & LP diagnostics (Determine solution)
This position may be required to operate the below equipment, machines, tools, and other work aides: Ditcher, air hammer, trenching machine, power tools and other equipment as assigned. Apprentice trainee does not require having mechanical experience or background in the Natural Gas or LP Gas industries
Assists in making conversions from propane gas to natural gas and assists in installation work
Must have/meet the following qualifications:
- Communication, written & verbal skills
- Technology communication: know how to operate a tablet, GPS & electrical tools etc..
- – Bilingual a plus
- Driven and self-motivated
- Clean Driver’s License (if driver position is applied for)
- Drug Free (We are a Drug Free company)
- NG & LP is a HUGE PLUS (Training is provided)
- Working outdoors in adverse weather
- Performing physically challenging work
- Reliable & responsible
- Learning gas system work procedures, practices, policies and safety precautions
- Understanding and completing oral and written instructions
Salary : $20 - $26
