We are seeking an Assistant to support the daily operations of our team, focusing on sales and store management. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, team management, and contribute to the overall success of the retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Support Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales associates
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, inventory management, and report generation
- Utilize retail math skills for sales transactions and financial reporting
- Aid in negotiating with vendors and customers as needed
- Contribute to store merchandising and visual presentation
- Assist in implementing retail management strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of store management practices and procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficient in basic math for financial transactions
