Rack Room Shoes and Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse have multiple locations throughout the greater Nashville area and have over 500 locations nationwide. This entry level position is in Franklin and has unlimited growth opportunities.
A retail sales associate job will consist of greeting and talking to customers, answering product related questions, working with the products, maintaining the visual presentation and offering general assistance to customers when needed. The sales associate will be trained to have a comprehensive knowledge of all products and brands carried in the store and online.
This role is in the Cool Springs Galleria and involves flexible availability that includes a mixture of days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
