We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Rack Room Shoes.
Main Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional shopping experience for customers by demonstrating awareness and adhering to company service standards.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Ensure merchandise presentation is visually appealing and well-organized.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and fitting skills to provide expert advice to customers.
- Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
