Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create a positive shopping experience through awareness and adherence to our service standards, with a focus on sales and assistance, promotion of our rewards program, and other business initiatives.
- Maintain Awareness of Sales Promotions
- Ensure Optimal Merchandise Presentation
- Develop and Maintain Product Knowledge
- Be Aware of Loss Prevention Concerns
- Participate in Physical Inventories and Shipping/Receiving
- Process Cashier Functions Accurately
- Perform Additional POS/Back Office Duties
