Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Enhance Operations: Develop and organize monitoring systems within the Quality Standards Department to streamline day-to-day operations, making them more accessible, efficient, and effective in supporting our mission.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess and enhance monitoring systems to ensure they’re always evolving to meet the needs of the people we serve.
- Feedback Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain feedback systems for the ongoing improvement of our compliance and incident management programs, ensuring that we are always responsive to the needs of our programs and clients.
- Survey Superstars: Create, distribute, and analyze satisfaction surveys to gather valuable insights, ensuring that our services are meeting the expectations of individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
- Impact & Assessment: Assist programs in developing assessments to measure the efficiency and quality of service delivery, guiding them in evaluating the impact on the lives of those we support.
- Audit & Risk: Help conduct targeted audits and risk assessments, ensuring we remain audit-ready and proactively identify areas for improvement in service delivery and compliance.
- Compliance Navigator: Support programs as they prepare for audits, surveys, and corrective action plans, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and guidelines.
- Incident Management Support: Work closely with State Oversight Agencies and assist in incident identification, prevention, and response, making sure we’re always in compliance and prepared to address any incidents swiftly and effectively.
- Policy & Procedure Support: Maintain and update policies and procedures, ensuring they align with the latest regulations and best practices for the services we provide.
- Standards & Regulation Implementation: Support the implementation of agency standards, compliance policies, and state regulations to ensure that our services remain top-notch and compliant with all oversight requirements.
Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Skills/Knowledge: Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication, use of electronic health records, data analysis.
