Sales Associate/Install Tech

Rackstarz Vehicle Rack and Hitch is a thriving outdoor company, serving Colorado and California with expertise in all things Overlanding. Situated at the base of the Flatirons, the Boulder location is looking for a results-driven Sales Associate/ Install Tech to be responsible for instore sales, as well as the installation of product. The main duty of the Sales Associate/ Install Tech is to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals, and most importantly proper installation of the product that has been purchased. To be successful in this role, you will need to work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about the products offered and recommend the right solutions. You will need to stay up to date with product features and take integrity in maintaining the store’s visual appearance. Training will be provided for installations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store, assess customers’ needs and provide the correct solution to the costumer
• Installation of product, ensuring that is done correctly and troubleshooting as needed
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases and process returns if needed
• Remain knowledgeable and up to date on products offered and discuss available options with customers

Skills

• Basic understanding of the use of tools
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
