General Golf Course Maintenance

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, attractive, and functional. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and the ability to operate various hand and power tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure optimal growth and health of plants.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing repair or enhancement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used in maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Skills

• Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, gardening, and groundskeeping.
• Experience operating power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools used in landscaping and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to maintain a keen eye for detail while performing various maintenance duties.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
