What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dance Instructor and Choreographer position at RAD Dance Arts Academy?
Don't forget that this role WILL include the following tasks:
- Greeting students and taking roll
- Inspiring students in your classes each day
- Wearing dress code to your classes
- Following the studio curriculum & maintain safety standards in class
- Creating a game plan to grow current students and maintain a high class retention rate
- Assisting with plans for classes, camps, and events, including our annual recital
- Helping us keep the studio clean and tidy each day
AND will require these qualifications:
- Hours will include Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs in the afternoon/evenings - especially between 4:30-9pm. Possibly on Saturday mornings if you are assigned to work with the dance company.

- Have a positive attitude and growth mindset
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Maintain the ability to stay calm in a busy environment
