What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gymnastics and Tumbling Coach position at RAD Dance Arts Academy?
Don't forget that this role WILL include the following tasks:
- Greeting students and taking roll
- Inspiring your students in every class
- Following & Developing the curriculum while maintaining safety standards in class
- Creating a game plan to grow current students in your classes
- Maintain a high class retention rate
- Assisting with plans for classes, camps, and events, including our annual show
- Helping us keep the studio rooms you use clean and tidy each day
AND will require these qualifications:
- Hours will include Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs in the afternoon/evenings - especially between 4:30-9pm

- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Maintain the ability to stay calm in a busy environment
