RAD's Janitorial, LLC, in partnership with one of the largest Commercial Janitorial Cleaning companies in the United States, is expanding and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

>> This job is at 2 buildings in Cabot, Arkansas. <<

>> Working days: Monday - Friday, starting at 5:30 PM. <<

>> Tasks: Detail sweeping floors, including corners & taking out trash. <<

>> Total working hours: 10-12 hours per week. <<

>>Some days you may perform other task listed below. <<

Janitor / Cleaner

Duties:

>> This job is at 2 buildings in Cabot, Arkansas. <<

>> Working days: Monday - Friday, starting at 5:30 PM. <<

>> Tasks: Detail sweeping floors, including corners & taking out trash. <<

>> Total working hours: 10-12 hours per week. <<

>>Some days you may perform other task listed below. <<

• Perform commercial janitorial cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways and lobbies.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of general cleaning techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to talk or text well In a timely manner.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift at least 25 lbs.
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties.
• You must have a reliable vehicle that you personally own or finance. (If you do not own or finance your own vehicle, please do not apply)
