Janitor / Cleaner
Duties:
- Perform commercial janitorial cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways and lobbies.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of general cleaning techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to talk or text well In a timely manner.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift at least 25 lbs.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties.
- You must have a reliable vehicle that you personally own or finance. (If you do not own or finance your own vehicle, please do not apply)
