We’re expanding and looking for a dependable, self-motivated cleaner to join our team in Cabot, AR. If you take pride in your work, have at least 1–2 years of janitorial experience, and enjoy working independently, this is a great opportunity for you.
Job Details (Greenbrier, AR – Religious Facility)
This position is for a private religious facility located in Greenbrier, AR. We are seeking 2 reliable and trustworthy cleaners who take pride in consistent, detail-oriented work.
Location: Greenbrier, AR
Schedule Flexibility:
- Currently cleaned Monday and Friday mornings at 3:30 AM — but this can be adjusted!
- Evening cleans after 5:00 PM on those days are acceptable
- Saturday cleanings also an option, if more convenient
We are flexible with the schedule as long as the building is cleaned thoroughly and consistently on the assigned days.
Keyholder Responsibility:
- One of the cleaners must be highly responsible, as they will be entrusted with keys and alarm access to the facility.
- This building is part of a nationwide religious organization, and professionalism and integrity are absolutely required.
Pay: $200 (EACH) semi-monthly (paid on the 15th & last day of each month)
Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
What You’ll Do
- Perform general commercial janitorial cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
- Empty trash and maintain common areas
- Ensure all surfaces and high-touch areas are clean and disinfected
- Maintain a clean, professional environment with attention to detail

Requirements (Must-Haves)
- 1–2 years minimum commercial cleaning experience (verified)
- Clean background (background check required)
- Reliable personal vehicle (owned or financed—no ridesharing)
- Strong communication via text or phone
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and perform cleaning tasks
- Must show up consistently unless a true emergency arises
