- Source leads from our database or your network
- Arrange transportation, hotel, flights, dinners, and excursions
- Package all paperwork and send it off to be completed
- Resolve issues before, during, and after the trip
- Inform clients of any changes to their itinerary
- Utilize company and outside avenues to complete your bookings
If You Have:
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality, ideal within the travel sector
- Strong acumen, with an ability to upsell packages and experiences
- Familiarity with travel booking tools and systems is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple bookings simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
