What You'll Do:
- Book travel reservations including handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming availability
- Communicate with clients through phone and email to address inquiries, changes, and cancellation
- Partners with vendors to source hotels and venues and negotiate contracts
- Process payments, issue invoices, and provide receipts as necessary
- Ensure all travel arrangements are accurately documented and meet client expectations

- Strong communicator; you build relationships with both internal teams and external vendors and help facilitate decision-making

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; you're comfortable managing multiple priorities
- No experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing mentorship
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively with other members of our team and external vendors
- Familiarity with global travel regulations and requirements
- Technology Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to work non-standard hours (as required)
