- Assist clients in booking resort lodging at a variety of properties offered through our trusted suppliers.
- Provide personalized recommendations to help clients find the perfect stay and complete their reservations.
- Utilize top-notch written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Work independently while receiving full training, support, and mentorship to ensure your success.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients over the phone.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage reservations efficiently.
- Access to a computer, phone, and high-speed internet.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required—we provide all the training you need!
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Currently hiring within the U.S. only.
