What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients through delivering outstanding customer service, establishing rapport, and meeting client's needs and expectations
- Follow up as needed to close sales and achieve or exceed revenue goals
- Leverage client travel history and trends to identify opportunities to promote cruise line offerings
- Develop an in-depth understanding of cruise line products, features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to articulate value confidently and make informed recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with the team and take on additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the department
Who you are:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- You’re motivated, self-driven, and eager to build your own business within a supportive framework
- Low monthly investment is required to access vendors and training
- You enjoy connecting with people and are skilled at identifying and fulfilling their needs with confidence
