Vacation Coordinator - WFH

Our Host Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vacation Coordinator. What You'll Do:

• Book travel reservations, including handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming availability
• Communicate with clients through phone and email to address inquiries, changes, and cancellation
• Partner with vendors to source hotels and venues and negotiate contracts
• Process payments, issue invoices, and provide receipts as necessary
• Build client relationships and generate leads to grow your business
• Ensure all travel arrangements are accurately documented and meet client expectations
