Vacation Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Our company is seeking candidates who have a passion for the travel industry to join our growing team! Whether you have traveled before or not, this may be the right fit for you. You will be responsible for planning and booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all worldwide with a variety of vendors such as Universal Studios, Carnival Cruises, Delta, Sandals and many more!

The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, be coachable, enjoy learning, be well organized, be good with computers, be highly attentive to detail, and be goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Arrange Travel for businesses, sports, teams, vacations, weddings, and MORE!
• Determine client's needs and preferences such as scheduling and payment plans
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Book reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, special events, honeymoons, destination weddings, etc.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legal to work in the United States
• US and Mexico residents preferred
• Computer and smartphone required
