Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning their dream vacations by managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and confirming bookings
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations to handle reservations, changes, or cancelations
• Process payments, issue invoices or receipts, and ensure all travel details are accurately documented
