ORDER PROCESSING MANAGER
Salary range: $35,000 - $45,000

Responsibilities will include directly supporting the account manager in pre and post sales tasks to ensure customer orders are produced and delivered at the client’s expectation. We live in a fast paced environment where firm and quick deadlines are many. High attention to detail and experience managing numerous projects at once is essential.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Production Management
- Support account managers with projects by creating estimates, touching base with clients, placing orders, and providing updates.
- Ensure projects are on track by communicating with suppliers, decorators and clients to ensure all timelines and expectations are being met.
Daily Tasks
- Enter and track new orders
- Crosscheck supplier order confirmations against Rad Wear PO to ensure price, shipping, decoration, and all other details are accurate
- Update order details throughout it's production to ensure the orders are correct in Rad Wear’s system
- Act as liaison between our clients and our suppliers while their order is in production
- Ensure orders are shipping on time and communicating with client throughout production process
- Send tracking information and expected delivery dates
- Work with Account Manager to solve any problems or issues with orders
- Maintain regular communication with account managers with order status updates
- Create and send invoices to accounts
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
Education
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills/Knowledge
- Technologically sound

Location & Hours
- This job will be on site at our Gainesville office. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm with a 1 hour break for lunch
- Rad Wear does not offer relocation funding
