Since 1948, Rada Mfg. Co. has been an icon in the Cedar Valley, producing high-quality kitchen cutlery and accessories. We are a team that values dedication, collaboration, and creativity. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, chat messages, and emails with a high level of professionalism, and establish a positive rapport with every customer.
  • Process customer orders and requests in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Set up new customer accounts and make account adjustments as needed.
  • Work with several online customer ordering and sales tracking platforms.
  • Send out sales material via chat, email, and mail.
  • Coach fundraising leaders and resellers through account registration, submit orders, and review dashboard details and selling channels.
  • Make outbound phone calls to existing customers and occasionally to potential customers.
Requirements:

Who You Are:

  • You have excellent communication skills, with a knack for connecting with others.
  • You’re confident with technology and have the ability to navigate through multiple computer applications efficiently and accurately.
  • You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Products (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • You are curious, like to learn, and always looking for ways to elevate your work.
  • You enjoy collaborating with other team members.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
