We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Tableau, digital marketing, and sales. This hybrid role combines data analysis with marketing consultancy to develop impactful reporting solutions and provide actionable insights across various industries. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, youll be responsible for creating custom dashboards, developing data models, and offering data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness. Our ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and able to translate complex data into meaningful business insights, especially within the finance, education, retail, healthcare, and pharma sectors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reporting solutions for marketing and sales, using advanced Tableau skills.
- Create and manage data models tailored to meet the specific needs of marketing initiatives across multiple verticals, including finance, education, retail, healthcare, and pharma.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Provide strategic marketing recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives and optimize marketing performance.
- Build and refine Tableau dashboards to ensure data accuracy, clarity, and relevance to client needs.
- Stay current with BI trends, marketing strategies, and data visualization advancements to continually improve reporting solutions.

- 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with a strong focus on Tableau and data modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau, with demonstrated experience in designing custom dashboards and data visualizations.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, sales processes, and the ability to draw insights from marketing data.
- Experience providing data-driven recommendations in finance, education, retail, healthcare, and/or pharma.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, with the ability to manage large datasets and complex data models.
- Strong communication skills, able to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of providing strategic recommendations that drive business success.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree in Marketing or MBA preferred).
