About The Job
We're looking for an experienced UI Lead to drive the development of a cutting-edge cross-platform mobile application. This is a hands-on technical leadership role (non-managerial) where you'll guide a talented team of engineers, mentor junior developers, and set the technical direction for UI development. Our current tech stack is built on Kotlin Multiplatform , and you'll be pivotal in shaping the architecture, ensuring consistency, and delivering high-quality, performant user experiences across platforms. Qualifications
- 7 years of professional software development experience
- 2 years of experience leading teams and mentoring engineers
- Strong expertise in cross-platform mobile development
- Deep knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform or React Native
- Proven experience with mobile app architecture and UI design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $215,000 . Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including : equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
