POSITION SUMMARY:
Sales Associate is a full portfolio seller, who focuses on a specific list of Enterprise and Strategic clients. Assigned clients are a mix of existing and new targets. Will be aligned to our industry domain Group partner relationships. The incumbent in this position should possess a strong suite of various domain client relationships (Fortune 500, CIOs, Senior Information Systems Executives, and Senior Business Executives), industry relationships (software vendors, integrators).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Must be able to clearly communicate the business value and Technology solutions with clients.
· Has a "hunter" mentality - loves to target and open new accounts, which expands RADcube's client base.
· Attain knowledge on client's business and technology needs.
· Develop specialized business – solutions-driven, project-oriented sales versus staff augmentation.
· Configure and develop content and messaging to facilitate the sales process and take overall responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of final sales deliverables.
· Prospecting, scheduling appointments, and building relationships.
· Participate in team meetings, networking, and activities to collaborate on projects
· Proactively follow up with existing clients and potential new clients.
· Ensure successful follow-through with maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information
Requirements
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field. Microsoft Office proficiency
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High energy, self-managed, hands-on, sound interpersonal, oral, and written communications and organization skills.
- Proven experience selling IT professional services projects > $500,000 – to customers.
- Present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and the strong desire to work as a member of a team.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during work.
