Education
- 2-4 years in Project Management in a technical field required
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodologies
- Experience in breaking down tasks and delegating work within a technology department
- Demonstrated understanding of cascading impact for technical delays
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Keen sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Demonstrated ability applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred
- AWS based accreditations which include AWS Solutions Architect Associate or other Associate-level certification (Developer or Systems Administrator), or ability to attain one within 45 days
